First personal meeting. I get to know you, your life, your goals. We decide together: Nutrition Foundation or The Glow.

7-Day Diary

You keep a 7-day nutrition and movement diary and send it to me.

First Online Meeting (30–45 min)

We discuss the diary and formulate your concrete goals.

Independent Work + WhatsApp Support

You implement, I accompany you. Food is tracked, photographed – I comment, encourage, correct.

Follow-up Meetings (every 2 weeks)

Total of 5 meetings (incl. anamnesis) over 2 months, each 30–45 min, online.
